Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Pavilion and related units. You will evaluate patient needs, work with the care team to implement plans, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality while adhering to safety standards.

Applicants should hold an ASN, Diploma, or BSN with RN licensure in the applicable state; BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualificações

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. They coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning with organizational values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Pavilion, including cardiac medical, intermediate, and step-down units.
• Evaluate patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from a nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN); RN licensure in the relevant state and/or compact license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1 year RN experience, but new graduates are welcome.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching.
