Job summary

Aura Health in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN to join a dynamic cardiovascular care team delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, managing complex cardiovascular cases, and ongoing professional development through mentorship and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
• Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience.

• Utilizing the nursing process and conceptual framework to deliver patient-centered care
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions and uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Managing complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases, including post-operative surgery, CHF, arrhythmias, myocardial infarctions, pulmonary issues, kidney failure, and overdoses
