AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join our Day shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, craft individualized care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires RN licensure in Florida, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication. Growth through our Clinical Ladder Program is available; pay reflects experience and responsibilities. Applicants must meet background requirements.

Job Description:

Up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Schedule: Days Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• * Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

Licenses and Certifications:
