Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses in a fast-paced unit.

Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Benefits begin Day One, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, PTO, and a 403-B plan. A $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates is offered.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

• Performs accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills, multi-tasking, and a professional bedside manner
• Knowledgeable in assigned areas of patient care including health promotion and maintenance
• EKG knowledge (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements)
• Previous experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record [Preferred]
• Previous EKG Interpretation Class [Preferred]
• EPIC [Preferred]

Education

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience
