Live Well Homecare seeks an experienced ICU nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient cardiac care in a specialized Cardiac ICU. You will assess, plan, and deliver patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while promoting safety and patient satisfaction.

The role involves a full-time schedule with day/night rotations and every other weekend and holiday shifts, offering opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout care.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including education, discharge planning, and family support.
• Provide direct care, administer treatments, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Engage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and team goals to enhance patient care and departmental performance.
