The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by completing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering treatments and medications in accordance with policies. They address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
