You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and contribute to continuous professional development and performance improvement. The position requires an RN license, BLS, and preferably 1+ year acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
• Additional certifications (CCNS, neonatal, PEARS, etc.) preferred depending on unit/state.

• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate timely, effective patient care.

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

• Respond to code situations promptly and effectively, providing necessary interventions to stabilize patients.
