Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN license in the practice state, with valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicable
• Less than 12 months of experience? Obtain a BSN within four years of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in patient care delivery, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and patient evaluation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to see, read, and assess patient needs, operate monitors, manipulate equipment, and lift/move patients and supplies
• Frequent communication with patients and staff, standing, walking, and navigating busy environments
• May require driving and prolonged stationary positions
