Key Responsibilities
  • Assess: Evaluate patients' physical, social, and psychological status, including cognitive and developmental skills, by gathering and analyzing information from patients, families, physicians, and support staff.
  • Plan: Develop individualized care plans through collaboration, involving patients and families, and prepare for ongoing support, education, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Implement: Lead and coordinate care delivery, delegate tasks appropriately, and manage resources efficiently while adhering to care guidelines and professional standards.
  • Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, review outcomes, and revise care plans as needed to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
  • Professionalism: Uphold legal and ethical standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to the development of the nursing profession.
