Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willingness to obtain within three years of hire.
• Six months or more of nursing experience, or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and work with accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments and data collection.
• Develop and coordinate a plan of care with patient/family goals.
• Communicate plan of care to nursing colleagues and health care team.
• Provide nursing care reflecting evidence-based practice and standards.
