Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a collaborative, evidence-based environment in New Jersey. The position requires an Associate degree or Nursing diploma, with BSN in progress preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN coursework or progress required within three years of hire (policy dependent).
• Minimum six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following evidence-based practices and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and communicate patient status.
• Administer medications and document care using latest bar-scanning tech.
• Support safe patient transitions during discharge and continuum of care.
