Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced RN – Behavioral Health for a 13-week contract in Worcester, MA. Schedule is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday commitments. Travel and local accepted.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license with 1–2 years in behavioral health, capable of floating across units, and is prepared to work in a fast-paced inpatient setting with strong teamwork and communication skills. BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in inpatient behavioral health

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support admissions, stabilization and ongoing care planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients

Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly
Position: 13-week Contract (Travel and Local Accepted)

Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1-2 years of Behavioral health experience.
Ability to float between all units including general psych, adolescent, and detox

Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient mental health setting

Certifications:
Current BLS certification required or must be obtained prior to start
