Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking an RN specialized in Behavioral Health to provide direct patient care in Worcester, Massachusetts. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care for behavioral health patients on a per-shift basis, while supervising staff and supporting hospital operations.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and adherence to standards. A state-approved nursing program and active RN licensure are required, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification: Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients on each shift.
• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise and delegate care to staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safety, infection control and quality of care standards are met.
• Assist with emergency codes and hospital incident command as needed.
