Avera Behavioral Health Sioux Falls is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves coordinating care with physicians and health professionals, educating patients and families, and maintaining rigorous safety and infection-control standards.
This full-time, day-shift position requires an active RN license in the state of practice, excellent communication, and the ability to work Monday through Friday.

A Brief Overview
Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
