Avera Behavioral Health Center-Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced program operations leader to oversee day-to-day management of the behavioral health program. This role coordinates clinical, operational, and administrative teams to promote quality care and regulatory compliance.
The position requires active licenses (RN, social worker or LPC or psychologist) and strong leadership, hiring, training, and budgeting skills. Work hours are primarily weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends.

Hours are primarily M-F but there may be occasions where evening/night/weekend work is required to help cover.
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day oversight and operations of the program.

Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training.
