Position / Specialty: FH – Psych (Behavioral Health)

Start date:

Ratios: 1:8 all shifts

Years of experience REQ: 1 year

First-timers accepted: No – but can screen if strong applicant but first time traveler

Weekend REQ: Yes – every other

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, and Psych Exp is required, CPI and De-escalation training preferred

Is on-call REQ? Yes - only if given census mandate off

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - between our units, to medical at Flower Hospital if needed. Will float to Toledo Hospital for Psych and Peds Psych units if required.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes - some block and template scheduling

Locals accepted: No - travelers within 50 miles are not accepted

Pending License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: Greater than 3 days require management approval

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Special Requirements:

• Patient Age group: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• All types of psychiatric diagnosis
• ECT
• Lift equipment training will be provided
• Previous travel experience preferred
