Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years in behavioral health (inpatient or outpatient).
• Strong understanding of psychotropic meds and side effects.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per ANA ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor efficacy/side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using therapeutic communication.
• Facilitate group therapy and educational workshops on mental health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
