Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health in the Brighton, MA area. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, and administer medications while monitoring for side effects.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years in a behavioral health setting (inpatient or outpatient).
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and administration protocols.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality per ANA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor efficacy/side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence-based communication techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, including discharge planning and aftercare.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Brighton, MA area for the following position: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Behavioral health, Counseling, Intake, Medication side effects, PTSD, Psychosomatic Medication Interactions, Suicide and self harm risk assessment, or Therapeutic nurse/patient relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program


• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license


• 1+ years experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient environment


• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols


• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
