Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor efficacy and side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA)
