Atrium Health Lake Norman is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry PCU on the 5th floor in a 13-bed unit. This part-time position requires 3 night shifts per week (12-hour shifts) and offers a competitive pay range with a sign-on bonus and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Department: 35216 Atrium Health Lake Norman - Nursing Progressive Care Unit: Telemetry 5th Floor Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3, 12-hour night shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. Where You Will Work:

This 13-bed PCU will be co-located with a 8-bed ICU, offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. This low-to-moderate acuity PCU will specialize in caring for patients with a range of medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing unit and help shape its culture from the ground up!

Expectations

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS are required within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of PCU experience preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
