Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for an Endoscopy specialty at the St Elizabeth Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center in O’Fallon, IL. The role involves caring for outpatients, performing routine nursing duties, and supporting endoscopy procedures during day shifts of 10-hour days.

Pay Range:
$30.40 - $45.60
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Ambulatory Registered Nurses provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient setting. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary.

Other positions available for circulator roles and PACU positions.

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
