• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Effectively communicates with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates clinical competence.
• May require a professional certification as mandated by the State of Michigan or a community standard for the position. Works independently and collaborates with the principal investigator when appropriate.
• Seeks to understand and incorporate safe practices and evidence-based practices into daily nursing care.
• Directs and delegates nursing care based on patient acuity and staff competency, ensuring optimal patient care.

Location: Lincoln Park Health Center, Lincoln Park Middle School, 2800 Lafayette Blvd, Lincoln Park, MI 48146

Schedule: Day shift - no weekends, no holidays. Hours: 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 8am-4:30pm

Patients Served: Middle school students and community pediatric patients

Education/Experience:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Certifications/Licenses:
