Job summary

First Day Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Alternate Nurse Supervisor/Clinical Manager. The initial role involves agency orientation and backup coverage during agreed periods when the Director of Clinical Services is unavailable.

As accreditation progresses, there may be opportunities to expand into clinical oversight, Medicare/Medicaid program support, and agency growth. This PRN, limited-hours role offers a $60/hour rate, a $300 monthly retainer for agreed backup

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or multistate privilege to practice in Indiana.
• Two+ years of nursing, including two years in home health.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide alternate clinical leadership when the Director is unavailable.
• Coordinate care and respond to clinical questions during coverage.
• Maintain required personnel documentation and participate in surveys if needed.
• Familiarize with agency policies and current patients.
