Minimum Qualifications :
Registered Nurse I ( $61,735, commensurate with education and experience):
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution of higher education
At least 2 years of RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient care setting
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Current CPR certification
Active RN license in the State of Arkansas
Registered Nurse II ($67,908, commensurate with education and experience):
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution of higher education
At least 2 years of RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient care setting
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Current CPR certification
Active RN license in the State of Arkansas
Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) (E.g., Ambulatory Care Nursing). Registered Nurse Licensure that is relevant to the roles and responsibilities of the daily job duties of the position
Specialized training in college health, primary care, urgent care, or AIT-related services
Preferre d Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution of higher education
Previous ambulatory care or college health experience
Experience administering adult immunizations
Prior involvement in travel consults or international health preparation
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of tuberculosis testing and follow up of abnormal results
Knowledge of allergy desensitization protocols and emergency response
Strong patient interview, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Proficient skill in administering injections and prioritizing urgent care situations
Ability to navigate electronic medical records (EMR)
