With over 80 years of optical expertise, we reimagine vision care by integrating eye and skin treatments in a luxurious space. We seek a skilled practitioner to help us extend this philosophy to facial aesthetics.

Role Overview

We are looking for a licensed aesthetic provider—NP, PA, or RN—passionate about facial aesthetics and dedicated to creating personalized, confidence-boosting experiences. This part-time role (16–20 hours/week, with a preferred one Saturday per month) is suitable for someone seeking to grow within a modern, wellness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative and treatment services using neurotoxin and dermal fillers.
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as IPL, RF, and Morpheus8 (facial areas).
• Educate clients on treatment options and develop personalized plans.
• Collaborate with our optometry team for shared client care and wellness programs.
• Maintain detailed treatment documentation, including photos and records.
• Ensure high standards of outcomes and client experience.
• Participate in community marketing, events, and social engagement related to aesthetics.
• Stay updated on trends and comply with safety, hygiene, and medical protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Indiana licensure as NP, PA, or RN with aesthetics training.
• At least one year of experience administering neurotoxin and dermal fillers.
• Professional, approachable demeanor focused on personalized care.
• Willingness to perform IPL and RF treatments.
• Proficiency in documentation, photography, and client communication.
• Availability for 16–20 hours/week on weekdays plus one Saturday per month.

Preferred Skills

• Existing client base and local network for referrals.
• Experience with content creation or social media marketing.
• Sales skills related to skincare or aesthetic services.
