We are seeking a skilled practitioner to help us expand our services to include facial aesthetics, aligning with our vision of comprehensive self-care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed aesthetic provider—an NP, PA, or RN—who is passionate about facial aesthetics and committed to creating confident, customized experiences that enhance natural beauty. This part-time position (16–20 hours/week, preferably with one Saturday per month) is ideal for someone seeking to expand their impact within a modern, wellness-driven setting.

Whether supplementing your current role or exploring a new environment rooted in thoughtful care and design, you’ll join a collaborative team that supports and cross-refers. Aesthetics is an integral part of our self-care philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative and treatment services with neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables.
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as IPL, RF, and Morpheus8 (facial areas only).
• Educate clients on treatment options and craft personalized plans.
• Partner with our optometry team for shared client care and wellness programming.
• Maintain detailed treatment documentation, including photos and records.
• Uphold high standards in outcomes and client experience.
• Participate in community marketing, events, or social engagement related to aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and medical protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Indiana licensure as an NP, PA, or RN with aesthetics training.
• At least one year’s experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables.
• Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor focused on individualized care.
• Experience or willingness to perform IPL and RF-based treatments.
• Proficiency in documentation, photography, and client communication.
• Availability for 16–20 hours/week on weekdays plus one Saturday per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client base and local network for referrals.
• Experience creating content or engaging in social media marketing.
• Sales skills related to skincare or aesthetics services.
