This is a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position focused on delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive, and clinically excellent care in a modern adult Acute Care Medical Unit. The nurse assesses, plans, performs, and evaluates patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. The role emphasizes promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and quality care through evidence-based practices, active participation in safety and quality programs, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety. Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
