Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care in an advanced acute care unit, focusing on medical patients with diverse diagnoses, including surgical procedures. The RN assesses, plans, coordinates, and delivers patient-centered care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduated from a specialty training program in nursing and possess the necessary licensure. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
