Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, advanced acute care unit, providing complex care for patients with diverse medical conditions including respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, and postoperative issues.

Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Ensure compassionate, safe, and patient-centered care while promoting safety and satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Ability to perform assessments, provide direct patient care, problem-solve equipment issues, and work effectively within a team. Strong communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Duties: Execute nursing activities per standards, address holistic patient needs, educate patients and families, revise care plans based on responses, and support organizational safety and quality goals. Engage in professional growth and adhere to policies and procedures.
