Munson Healthcare in Traverse City is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Adult Crisis Residential Program (30 hours/week). This full-time role covers Day and PM shifts in a 24/7 crisis setting, providing trauma-informed care, medication management, therapy groups, and crisis planning to support stabilization and community reintegration.
The position requires Michigan RN licensure and compliance with Munson's vaccination policy.
The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
