Hospice & Community Care in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced RN to join our Admissions team. You will provide nursing services, respond to inquiries and referrals, and address urgent needs for patients and caregivers while supporting end-of-life care principles.

The role covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties; orientation is 5-6 weeks full time, 8am–5pm, with a minimum 64 hours per two-week pay period and a minimum 40 hours per two weeks.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in admissions or end-of-life care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services on the Admissions team.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals from patients and caregivers; address urgent and ongoing needs.

Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the RN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.

Orientation: 5-6 weeks full time, 8am - 5pm
