Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a clinical setting, with a focus on cardiac nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established standards. Deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning. Promote teamwork through delegation, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Support unit decision-making and contribute to organizational goals aligned with Magnet standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with a strong interest in Cardiac Nursing. Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solve, and adapt to changing patient needs. Preferred experience in cardiac care, with willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
