Job summary

Tennova Healthcare- Turkey Creek Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care following the nursing process and physician orders. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, medication administration, patient education, and participating in life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure in state or compact state required
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care according to policies and nursing process.
• Documents assessments and reports changes in condition to care team.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with physicians to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
