Jefferson Health seeks a professional nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients and care partners to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs in a diverse patient population at Albert Einstein Medical Center.

Work hours are day shifts in a hospital setting. BSN is required and prior RN experience in acute care is strongly preferred.

Formación

• BSN required.
• Previous RN in an acute care setting strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with co-workers, patients and families with Jefferson's values.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and clinical expertise for optimal healthcare.
• Partner with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide useful education.
• Minimize risk by following established nursing practices and protocols.
• Use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge and mitigate errors.
• Monitor care outcomes and apply improvement methods to enhance safety and quality.
• Collaborate in inter-professional teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Respect patient preferences, culture and values in care delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of belonging and inclusion with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and act as a primary preceptor when appropriate.
• Participate in hospital and practice committees, including safety and quality initiatives.
