Job summary

The Valley Health System (VHS) in Las Vegas area seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate care across their hospital settings. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient-centered care, and compliance with policy and practice standards.

Candidates should hold an active Nevada RN license with current BLS; ACLS or equivalent pediatric/neonatal certifications are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification (adult patients) or current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients).
• Other certification as may be required by facility, specialty or department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision.
