The role emphasizes professional leadership, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Nevada RN license and BLS/PALS/NRP as required; BSN preferred; prior acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience: One-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under supervision; demonstrates Service Excellence standards.
