Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking an RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in our Las Vegas area facilities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, leadership to the healthcare team, and adherence to facility policies and service standards.

Qualified candidates will hold Nevada RN licensure with BLS, and PALS/NRP as required by the department. BSN preferred; pre-employment assessments may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• BLS Certification; PALS or NRP Certification as required by department.
• May be required to pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision and demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
