Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. You will deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care guided by evidence-based practice and nursing ethics.

You will perform assessments, coordinate care with patients and families, and support continuous improvement while acting as a mentor to staff and contributing to protocol development.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills.
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
