Job summary

Kindred Hospital Indianapolis North in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care. This role involves direct patient interaction, care plan development, and active participation in the discharge process.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
• Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient and family.
• Documents patient admission assessments and care plans.
• Educates patients and families regarding care and pain management.
• Assists physicians with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
