Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients to ensure quality care.
• Provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and age-specific criteria.
• Exercise independent judgment using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Work cooperatively with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards.

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (with requirement to obtain Texas license within 90 days if applicable).
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
