Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to departmental standards and state regulations. Collaborating with the care team, you'll provide personalized, compassionate care, following models like "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s mission and values to ensure excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and documentation as ordered by medical providers, including medication administration and response monitoring.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.

Qualifications needed:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
