Job summary

Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ED unit. You will deliver patient-centered care, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, implement, and evaluate care for an average 4:1 patient ratio.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher, active RN license in Indiana, BLS, and ACLS as required by unit. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• RN license and active status in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; acute care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS as unit requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care and develop a plan of care, including reassessment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective ED operations.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• 5 years if education is Diploma in Nursing must have active RN license and recent 3-5 years acute care experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• 1 year RN experience required
