Job summary

Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team in Maryland. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires who start on or before December 1, 2026, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Under direct supervision and the Nurse Practice Act, you will deliver nursing care, collect patient data, document observations, and supervise other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state Nurse Practice Act and nursing guidelines.
• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care team.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff as needed.
