Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5W Teaching & Innovation Unit in Boston. BMC’s Teaching Innovation Unit explores nursing model redesign aimed at directing Registered Nurses (RNs) to work to the top of their license. RN’s selected for this unit will work on innovation teams that pilot, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies and workflows in an optimal teaching/learning environment.
As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive nursing organization.
$38.05 - $75.33 per hour (estimate based on minimum job qualifications).
