Responsibilities and Requirements

• Education: A minimum of an associate degree in Nursing or a diploma of Nursing. BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Licensure and Certification: Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by the date of hire. BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program. National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
