Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing or a diploma in Nursing.
2. BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
3. Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by the date of hire.
4. BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
5. Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
6. Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
7. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and demonstrate accountability for improving patient and caregiver lives.
8. Strong teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care are essential.
9. National Certification in the area of specialty is preferred when eligible.
