UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge. You will assess, plan and coordinate care in collaboration with the health care team.

Current MA nursing licensure is required, BLS certification is required for all RNs (ACLS as applicable), and BSN is preferred. This full-time day shift offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

Hiring Range:

$39.89 - $87.15 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

License/Certification/Education:

Required:

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.

Preferred :

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
