Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, Indiana seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assess needs, and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, faith-based service.

This role offers a 20-hour workweek with two 10-hour shifts (7:30a-6p or 5:45a-4:15p), no weekends or holidays, and opportunities for professional development as part of a large Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and nursing assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans; reassess and evaluate patient progress.
• Maintain schedule and certification requirements per unit policy.
• Adhere to schedule: 20 hours/week, two 10-hour shifts, no weekends/holidays/call.
