Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
• AHA Basic Life Support for healthcare providers certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the Trauma Step Down Unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Manage and oversee a team of nursing assistants and interns.

Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00

Shift: 7a-7p / 7p-7a; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for RNs with qualifying experience

Primary Patient Population

• Trauma

Primary Skills Utilized/learned

• IV Insertion, cardiac monitoring, trauma care
• Various drains, complex wound care, psychosocial care
• Time management, critical thinking, delegating

Personnel RN Will Work With

• LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT, WOCN, Social Work

Number of Beds on Unit

• 34 beds (14 private rooms, 10 semi-private rooms)

Required Qualifications
