Job summary

Arnot Health is hiring a full-time 4B Tele Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care for a designated group of patients. The RN will assess needs, prioritize care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires NY RN licensure or eligibility, BLS/ACLS, and stroke certification within 90 days. Weekend and holiday rotation is included; a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 is offered for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and eligible to obtain a New York State limited permit.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS, ACLS and Stroke Certification required within 90 days.

The RN is expected to perform their duties according to established standards of care and the core values established by the Division of Nursing. Reports to assigned Unit.Roles and Responsibilities:Assess patients with a variety of needs. Use a person-centered care approach in the development of care, and effectively prioritize patient needs that are both expected and unanticipated.Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with other health care professional and patients.Demonstrate competence and resourcefulness in the implementation of the technical skills required to care for the patient.
